About CSC:
College Street Capital Corporation (CSC), a registered 501(c)(3) charity, seeks to educate and prepare Holy Cross students for a career in the financial services industry through hands-on investing experience and mentorship from Holy Cross students and alumni.
Additionally, CSC seeks capital appreciation for the long-term benefit of qualified non-profit organizations in the Worcester area. We achieve this objective through a unique student-led investment program focused on compounding capital at a sustainable rate through a fundamental, company-specific process of identifying long-term, attractive equity investments. CSC’s investment team focuses on opportunities across five industries: healthcare, technology, consumer, energy and industrials, and financial institutions.

Position Descriptions:
Investment Team:
· Collaborate with team members to pitch equities at Investment Committee (teams average two pitches per month).
· Generate trade and market research to keep all team members informed.
· Draft trade requests following established protocols.
· Actively monitor portfolio performance daily.
Up to 5 hours a week.
Operations Team:
· Recruit, schedule, and manage relationships with guest speakers.
· Lead and oversee philanthropic aspects of the organization.
· Manage social media presence and compile reporting for donors and stakeholders.
· Responsible for additional marketing and relationship management projects on an as-needed basis.
Up to 4 hours a week.
Compliance Team:
· Generate reports to evaluate portfolio-level risk exposures, including volatility, drawdowns, and concentration.
· Analyze diversification across sectors and themes, monitoring correlations to avoid unintended concentration risk in the broader portfolio.
· Ensure all actions taken on behalf of the organization align with the mission and bylaws.
